I have more than one condition - can I get a card with both / all of them?
No - Sorry there are just too many conditions and once we have more than one on a card the permutations are just too many. Please either select a general medical ICEcard (such as 'MEDICAL ALERT' or 'Important Medical Condition' cards) or select the ICEcard thich has the condition that first responders woudl most need to know and then add your other conditions to the back of the card where there is some space.
If the space on the reverse is not going to be enough then please purchase an 'Additional Information' card as an extra on your pack purchase and thsi has space for all your medical conditions, medical history, medications, living will etc.
I cannot see my condition on your site - Can you do a custom one for me?
No - Sorry we do have an ever expanding list of potential new cards to add to our site and we do review it often. We may introduce a card with your condition on in the future but we cannot provide custom cards to individual customers.

As the introduction of new designs is based on interest & demand, if you are a member of a club or organisation which would be prepared to order 50 or more of a card we do not currently have then please contact us using the form below and we can discuss the possibility of adding it to our product list.
GRRRRR - why do I have to pay for these?
We are nice people here but we do need to eat. We do lobby the NHS in the hope they will consider our cards as items which should be provided through them at no cost but until they do we have to pay for manufacture, fulfilment, shipping etc.
We do our very best to keep costs down and to provide the best product we can with a durability that means it will last a long time. We think it is worth the price for the importance of knowing first responders can quickly identify any medical conditions you may have and to be able to contact your loved ones immediately should this be required. We sincerely hope you do to - If you don't, please vote with your feet and don't buy one because they are clearly not for you!
